The Discipline
Orenara is a disciplined architectural lighting house. We don't sell path lights, downlights, garden stakes, or feature pendants. We sell wall wash lighting — and only wall wash lighting. This is not a limitation. It is the point.
The Material Standard
Every Orenara fixture is machined from 6063 marine-grade aluminium — the same specification used in coastal and marine architecture. Not because it looks good in a spec sheet. Because it is the correct material for fixtures that will face Australian salt air, UV exposure, and thermal cycling for the next twenty years.
The Optical Standard
We use asymmetric precision lensing on every fixture. Light is directed at the wall — not into the eyes of the person standing in front of it. CRI Ra > 93 with R9 > 60 — because travertine that looks grey under inferior LEDs is not travertine. It is a failure of specification.
The Kit Discipline
We match every luminaire with a locally-sourced RCM-approved driver and supply UV-stabilised cabling rated for direct burial. Because 'bring your own driver' is how projects end up with compliance issues, call-backs, and warranty disputes. We'd rather not.
