Tight, practical terms for early-stage project supply.

Orenara is being built around configured, project-led lighting supply rather than broad stocked retail. That means returns and order handling need to stay disciplined from the beginning.

Configured orders

Many Orenara products and kits will be configured, allocated, or ordered specifically against a project requirement. Because of that, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted once an order has been confirmed, allocated, cut, assembled, or dispatched.

Fit and specification responsibility

Project conditions, installation environments, driver selection, and electrical design all matter. Orenara may request additional information before confirming supply so that the system being quoted is commercially and technically sensible.

Faults and damage

If an item arrives damaged or appears faulty, contact hello@orenara.com promptly with photos, order details, and installation context. Early-stage support will be handled case by case, including repair, replacement, supplier escalation, or another practical remedy where appropriate.

Compliance position

Orenara's current direction is to source relevant drivers through Australian channels where compliance and certification need to be clear. That does not remove the need for correct project design, specification, and installation by appropriate trades.
